• If you are calling to inquire about an order already placed, please call us at (402) 489-0386 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday Central Standard Time.

Payment

• We will accept Visa and Mastercard.

Shipping & Handling

• Please allow five to seven working days for shipping. We ship all packages via Priority Mail, USPS. We can not ship to a Post Office Box. Shipping and handling is included on all orders.

Returns

• Written authorization is needed prior to returning the books. Returned books must be returned no later than the date that is indicated in the letter authorizing the return.
  
  Publications may be returned if the publication is in season. Publications can not be returned if out of season.
  
  All returns must be shipped via USPS, RPS or returned in person.
  
  Publications returned must be in the same condition that they were received (no writing on covers or price stickers of any kind).
