Cost Analysis of Proposal: None Rationale for the proposed change: Since district and state tournament competition is seeded on the basis of wild card points, this proposal would give a more realistic assessment of a team's standing in Class A at the end of the season. This would also allow for schools that have Class B teams in their conference or on their schedule to continue to schedule these matches and have them count toward wild card point totals.
