IN ADDITION TO THE REGULAR QUALIFIERS IN THE INDIVIDUAL DISTRICTS, ALL QUALIFY WHO EQUAL OR EXCEED THE FOLLOWING IN THE GIRLS' 2012 NSAA DISTRICT GOLF MEETS. THE QUALIFYING MARKS ARE DETERMINED BY USING THE AVERAGE SCORE OF 15TH PLACE FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS. SCORE OVER PAR OF: CLASS A = +17.5 (89.5 on a par 72 course) CLASS B = +18.8 (90.8 on a par 72 course) CLASS C = +20 (92 on a par 72 course) The section/paragraph/sentence that needs to be added/deleted/changed would read as follows: State Meet Qualifiers. THE COST WOULD BE DETERMINED ON A YEARLY BASIS. Rationale for the proposed change: THIS CHANGE WOULD ALLOW THOSE INDIVIDUAL THAT MAY NOT PLACE IN THE TOP TEN AT DISTRICTS, BUT HAVE A CHANCE TO PLACE IN THE TOP FIFTEEN AT THE STATE MEET. Numbers used in setting up the proposal were used from the Girls' State Meets from the years 2009, 2010, and 2011. These numbers would change yearly as well just like the Track and Field Additional Qualifiers.
